Shipping Information

Order and Shipping Confirmation

All orders are shipping via FedEx and you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed – it will include your order number and tracking info. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Orders can take up to 2 days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Where We Ship

We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and addresses when they have a US zip code.

Shipping Costs

To celebrate our newly launch E-commerce Store, and for a limited time, we are offering free standard shipping (2-6 days) on all orders, except Furniture and Framed Artwork. Shipping Quotes will be provided for these larger items and those requiring special handling. We also offer 2-day shipping, additional fess apply. Please note that all orders are shipped from Anyon Atelier in San Francisco. For standard shipping, Anyon Atelier Ships on Mondays and Thursdays, after your payment has cleared.

Orders over $500

Delivery of any Product costing in excess of US$500 will require a signature acknowledging receipt to be delivered. Such Products cannot be left at places of delivery stipulated in your order if you, or someone you have authorized to accept delivery, is not present to accept delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who is 18 years of age or older will be deemed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Once a Product is delivered to you, or if a signature is required, delivery is signed for by you or by someone at the delivery address, responsibility for your purchased Product(s) passes to you.
